My name is Juliette Raynaud, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #140008, supervised by Crystal Ramirez PhD, LMFT (#48909) PMH-C. I received my MA in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University. During my practicum, I was trained as a counselor at New Beginnings Counseling Center, a non-profit community mental health center in Santa Barbara. Additionally, most of my clinical experience has been spent working in an intensive outpatient program with adolescents and adults. In my time there, my clinical focus gravitated towards adolescents presenting with trauma, self harm, substance use, depression, and anxiety.
Integrating a relational approach with humor, I encourage clients to explore their strengths, values, and discover their 'why'. I incorporate somatic therapy (the body), neurobiology, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and other evidence-based modalities into our time together. I'm currently available for individual sessions (ages 12 - 21) and family therapy, offering both in-person in Santa Barbara and telehealth. Please consider me for any referrals you see fit.
