HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR REFLECTIONS:

Video clips: Respond to the above prompt with a 15-second to 1-minute video clip.
1. Format: (mp4 format from a smart phone is great or a Zoom recording video file)
2. Submit: Send to communications@sbcamft.org by the dates mentioned above.
3. Disclaimer: videos with poor audio or video quality will not be included.

Written Reflections: Do you have thoughts you want to share on the topic?

Details: Send us a short (1-3 paragraph) written reflection
Photo: Please include a horizontal photo of yourself (or a vertical photo that can be cropped horizontally) to accompany your reflection (a logo or organization photo is a great alternative, too).
