I offer psychodynamic therapy services for individuals and groups. In addition to talk-therapy I also conduct therapeutic writing groups and workshops.
My approach is comprehensive and long-term; my aim is to honor the complexity and experience of each person as I support my clients in a process that leads to lasting and meaningful change. This means helping my clients know themselves more fully, allowing them to move forward in their lives with a greater sense of inner freedom, self-belief, and optimism.
To comply with current standards of care and do my part in assisting with Covid-19 pandemic, I have moved my practice online. I am continuing to work with people via Zoom and on the phone.
