I hold a Master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University, where I completed a concentration in somatic psychotherapy. My clinical experience with adults and adolescents includes work with anxiety, depression, sexuality, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. I bring lived experience to mid-life issues, divorce, and parenting both neurodivergent and neurotypical children.
My approach draws on existential and humanistic traditions, as well as somatic practices that integrate the body and the mind. In addition to my work in private practice, since 2022 I have served on the bereavement team at Hospice of Santa Barbara.
