I am a licensed therapist in private practice, and work with adults, teens, and couples. Some areas of focus are anxiety and perfectionism, relational trauma, and interracial couples. I am especially passionate in supporting multiracial and BIPOC folks. My approach consists of relational, decolonized interventions drawing upon attachment, IFS, and somatic methods.
