Description (2950 characters max)
I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals build insight, heal from trauma, and overcome challenges in their lives. I approach my clients with an open mind, you won’t find judgment here.

I have an eclectic style that incorporates multiple therapeutic modalities to support your healing journey. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to challenge thought patterns that may be limiting your life. I am happy to share EMDR, a tool that can help you overcome stuck points in your life where trauma may have occurred. I believe in a humanistic approach to psychotherapy, meaning I believe we are “fellow travelers” and you will know your path to healing better than anyone else could. I also embrace an attachment focused lens where we can explore how early experiences may be influencing current issues arising in your life.

I have extensive experience working in residential and PHP/IOP eating disorder treatment and I bring that expertise to my work in private practice. Should you struggle with an eating disorder, disordered eating, or body-image concern, this is an area I am knowledgeable in.
