Short Description (199 characters max)
Using a mindfulness-based approach to therapy, I provide space for you to go within and navigate your internal environment so that you can live from a place of greater awareness and inner freedom.
Description (2950 characters max)
Your inner growth is completely dependent on the realization that you are not the voice in your head. If you observe the voice objectively you will notice that much of what it says is meaningless. The truth is, most of life unfolds in accordance with forces outside your control regardless of what your mind says about it. The voice in your head actually has no effect on anything or anybody, except you. It simply makes you feel better or worse about what is going on now, what has gone on in the past, or what might go on in the future. It’s the commotion the mind makes about life that causes our problems.

I take a carefully inquisitive and supportive role and encourage self-expression and meaning making. With a background in Spiritual Psychology and Addiction Counseling, I enjoy working with people who are willing to witness their inner disturbance to find freedom. Therapy can be both stimulating and challenging at the same time. Learning how to find comfort in discomfort is part of the work we do together.
