White Allies Affinity Group

The White Allies Affinity Group is intended for therapists who identify as white (including those who are mixed-race) and who are committed to engaging in ongoing learning, reflection, and accountability regarding social justice and anti-racist advocacy. This group is for folks who value fostering equitable therapeutic environments to discuss actionable strategies, exchange resources, and to process relevant events impacting our Santa Barbara community and beyond. We will also explore the role of these values within our work and identities as clinicians and helpers. Here, we can provide one another mutual support as we unpack important, but often heavy, topics — together learning, un-learning, and growing.
