Take a break from your therapeutic work and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative experience designed exclusively for SBCAMFT therapists. Join Anahita Navab Holden, PhD, for a Reiki-infused sound bath therapy session, featuring the healing vibrations of harp, chimes, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and voice. Participants will have the option to receive 1:1 hands-on Reiki and aromatherapy, creating an opportunity for deep relaxation, energetic alignment, and self-care.
