About The Event

Join us in reflecting and learning about the complex realities of living with an undocumented status, particularly amid current ICE enforcement efforts. This training is designed to help therapists deepen their cultural understanding and confidence when supporting undocumented clients. Together, we will review different types of immigration statuses, explore prominent themes, and develop practical approaches to help keep clients safe. Participants will gain a deeper appreciation for how immigration status influences daily life, relationships, and the therapeutic process — allowing clinicians to spend less time navigating uncertainty and more time offering grounded, trauma-informed care.

If you missed our last event on immigrant rights this summer, this is a wonderful chance to be in community in supporting immigrant clients.
